I. GENERAL POLICY

 


No returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons

All crystals are naturally formed and may contain internal textures such as

color variation, ice cracks, needles, inclusions, or uneven patterns.

These are natural imprints of the Earth, not defects.


Requests based on subjective reasons — such as personal preference,

perceived energy, size preference, or color expectations — will not be accepted.


Customized and special items

Customized pieces (custom size, custom energy configuration, engraving),

sale items, limited editions, and seasonal exclusives are non-returnable.

 

 

 

II. ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

 


You may apply for a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery

only if one of the following quality issues is present:

 

  • Bracelet is broken, missing beads, loose string, or structurally damaged

  • Received item does not match the order (model, color, or quantity error)

  • Significant damage caused during shipping (photos of the packaging required)

III. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

 


1. Application Review

We will reply within 2 business days.

Packages returned without approval will be rejected.


2. Condition of Returned Item

Items must remain unused and unworn, with

original box, pouch, cards, and all gift accessories included.


3. Shipping Cost

 

  • If confirmed as a quality issue — RIVERFINX covers round-trip shipping

  • If not a quality issue — item will be returned to customer; shipping at customer’s cost

 


4. Processing Time

Inspection will be completed within 3 business days after receiving returns.

Refunds or replacements will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.

 

 

 

IV. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

 


Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

 

  • Item is worn, damaged, stained, or missing accessories

  • No contact within 24 hours or no valid evidence provided

  • Request is based on subjective reasons

    (e.g. dislike, color difference, energy not as expected, etc.)

  • Damage caused by chemicals, heat, water, or external force

  • Customized items, limited editions, seasonal editions, or sale items
