Return & Refund Policy — Short Version

• We only accept returns for manufacturing defects or items damaged in transit.

• Natural crystal features (color variation, inclusions, ice cracks, texture lines, energy feeling etc.) are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.

• Customized items are non-returnable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
